Last I heard, and it was a lecture in class was 14 watermelons a day (he used the article as his 'joke for the day') in order to get the right amount of chemical due to it being in such a low concentration. I'd like to suggest that you visit a doctor you can confide in, and tell her your story: it is possible that you have a physical condition that results in very low sex drive: anemia, perhaps? or some sort of vitamin deficiency?
Getting that checked should be your first order of business.
