    Wink I cry after intercourse

i have posted three problems in one day wooo!
Myself and my partner in crime have a regular once maybe twice a week session (ahem hard to word lol) and he does his job well and i always reach climax, but as soon as its finished, both of us that is have finished.
I start crying and feel really down its really starting to bug me. I have been unwell for a while and havnt had any for a month now implanon can be a meanie. So i hope when i get better it improves. But when it happens i get really sad and feel dissapointed, hence i start crying, i cant control it, no matter how good it was i cry, and its making himself quite critical, no matter how much i tell him hes great and that I love it. Any ideas?

As its embarressing and i know its really effeting him, and its on both our minds when we are about to try.

We have tried different things, and positions, new things, and lots of rest being helthy. is it a hormone thing?

    lol, im lost please help.

Maybe it's euphoria and a release of other tensions. They say that there are three kinds of healing that you can get, a) Crying, b) Laughing and c) Spiritual.
Maybe this is a healing process that you need to go through right now. Do you have any fears/insecurities/guilt in the past that still haunts you?
    best wishes xx

Lol, but i thought i had dealt with it. I am not depressed, i can t sttress that strond enough, but come to think of it, i cry at babys being born on tv, finding a dead seagull. Im terrible. you gave me something to think about. Thanksx

Nice to be of help samanthatallon. When i broke up from my wife I had terrible guilt, although I had done little wrong. I punished myself and would cry (even as a man) over soppy tv programmes, the film ghost especially, and anything that was emotional. You have emotional debris that needs clearing away. It will take time but you must not consider yourself strange or unstable or whatever. This is a very common way that human beings deal with emotional trauma.
I discovered spritualism at the time that I was going through this "purgatory" and it has helped me ever since. But even now, I still get dewy eyed at emotional situations. But now I know it is a friend and not an enemy to me. Godbless x

You probably cry due to a chemical shift caused by the cessation of sex. Maybe it's like separation anxiety. Have you tried cuddling after sex before cleaning up? Have you tried sex more frequently or less frequently? Have you tried to have many orgasms during a sex session?

That is some great thought, in-sight and questions

I was abused sexually by a family member for a long time, but i never really think about it. Im quite spiritual myself,
Samantha, if your spiritual and Thomas mentioned spritial reactions and you were abused ( to which I am so sorry ), then I would imagine your crying is because you thought you had dealt with it, let it go, it's in the past, but it's probably still in your sub-conscious and this brings it up, so you cry.

You say you get sad and disappointed. To me that means it's not the "how good he is" you want to feel, it's the bond, connection, love to know that this act is actually beautiful now without fear.

Does your boyfriend know of this past?

You can change this. And, he can help you as well. Words of love before, during, after, holding you.. And, for you, to "feel" the emotions and love, not the sex before, during and after.

It's okay to feel. That was your past, you can't change that and again I am so sorry. But, you can make sure that this person does not rule your life any longer.

Love is a beautiful thing, sex is just sex, so if you love this man, start feeling it and ask him to help you.

Sub-conscious minds are difficult because you are not aware that your mind remembers, you think that it doesn't...

    Take care sweetheart.

CW has expanded on this in a better way, but she's knows what I'm saying. She's right, love yourself and your partner. It will take a time before the ghosts are exorcised but they will go, and you will come out stronger afterwards.

ok thanks a lot, i have taken onboard what has been said, and have a few different methods of approch, i make it sound so business like lol, but i truely love my partner and yeah he knows all about the life i have led and has accepted it, no matter how awkward or strange my life has been, i think its because i feel as if i do not deserve to be happy, which is weird right! because i know i am a good person, a good mother and a great partner, i strive to be as good as i can to my family as it is the most important thing in my life, but i think i need a little me time, lol after 8 years without a break to even go for a drink in the local is pretty bad, i am only 25! so i have booked myself a weekend away to a spa, which i think is what i need, my health is not great so doing stuff is out of the question, my fiance has been really supportive and encourages this break its two days, and i know i will regret spending the money, but i think its a start. xx thanks guys xx

i feel as if i do not deserve to be happy, which is weird right!
Nup It's because you have someone in your life that cares for you, understands your feelings, past and is in your present and future and you want to hit yourself on the head, because you can't believe that it's real.

It's because un-fortunately, the past is still there and that is what has made you feel you don't deserve, well no more mam, obviously your moving forward and realising YOU ARE..

I think that's an excellent idea, good for you, can I come? I so need a break and being pampered myself haha.

Seriously, have a ball, you won't regret spending the money, you need this.. Good for you and good for him to agree, support and encourage it
