    Default Sudden pain during intercourse.

Ok so I would like to start off with this is for sure NOT normal for me. I have been "sexually active" for six years now and til this boyfriend I have NEVER experienced anything like this. I have in the past had the normal pain at the very start of intercourse due to me stretching. This pain is very different, it hurts all throughout my vagina, almost feels like it may be my cervix. I have been with this bf for ten months now and sex was fine up intel five months ago, after experiencing SEVEN uti's (lucky me, huh?) that is also another issue with this bf, never in mylife have I had any problems such as these, it's to the point with the uti's that I have to take antibiotics after everytime we have sex and i've been cramming cranberry pills down my throat to try and help as well. Anyway, back to the pain. I have asked my doctor on two occassions now about this, both times she has just taken a swab and the last time I had my first pap smear, all were completely NORMAL. I cannot stand the pain anymore it has got to go!!! Oddly enough it hurts the most in missionary, and barely hurts when we have sex spooning. And it hurts almost as bad as in missionary when i'm on top, that time it actually felt like I tore something! I'm sick of wasting my money for the doctor to find nothing wrong, has anyone else been in this situation? Any advice, input, or help is greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Google Tilted Cervix, it's common for woman it doesn't last for ever but can hang around for a while.

When titled, and he hits it, it will hurt, spooning he probably isn't hitting the back as deep or hard.

What is the Doctor's thoughts on you constantly getting UTI's? Out of curiousity...

Well first off the uti's are not caused by the normal e.coli well not everytime atleast. They did one culture on it ONE TIME and it grew a bacteria (enteracacuss?) I did not spell that right lol. It is a bacteria that lives on skin and usually doesn't cause uti's but apparentely some women are just really sensitive which that explanation made no sense to me seeing as before this bf I have only had two uti's my entire life! I also was sent to a urologist and all she did for me was a kidney ultrasound that came back perfectly normal as well. So now it's just left to me to take these pills for the rest of mylife I guess. For the pain issue again, can it still hurt even from the beginning? Because it really makes no difference how deep he is, it hurts no matter what!

Urinary tract infection. It's almost like a bladder infection symptom wise but the actual infection is in the urinary tract instead.

Mmmmm...Well in my opinion "no one" should be on medication for life, someone should be working out what the heck is going on and why you are getting it more frequently when otherwise, you weren't but I know alot of women have this problem.. I suggest you search UTI's on this Forum and read up on what the ladies here have experienced, tried and ultimately, it sounds as if your Doctor is not explaining anything at all to you, in terms that you can grasp, so I would consider finding one that is there for you.

No, I don't believe that you should feel pain like that just on entry for a titled cervix and yes your Doctor would know when looking "up there" so to speak.

You say it hurts all through your vagina, can you describe the pain? Have you put a mirror there and examined yourself, does it hurt as well when you go to the toilet, when you use tampons if you do..

The pain is sharp and feels like a heavy pressure inside. I do not experience it any other time at all just when I have sex. I have looked everything is normal and my doctor has examined me as well and found nothing unusual.

And also, about the uti thing I have googled ALOT of forums and complaints from other women on the subject and all they do is take cranberry pills and make sure to pee after intercourse and that usually works for them without medication. Me on the other hand HA! I tried everything to stop the uti's without meds and nothing worked for me at all. My doctor has told me on many occasions that some women just suddenly get them from a new bf, even if they've never had one before. Usually though from my understanding it only lasts til your body is "use to" this new person, but I think my body should be "use to" him by now
