As far back as I can recall and I reckon it's been pretty spot on, you can judge a man's size, width almost to perfection by viewing his fingers...
If they are long and skinny ahha..
If they are short and fat, mmm yep.
If they are small and short... well you know that as well...

It should be pointed out; It is reported that Einstein's penis measured 3.4 inches when erect. I would not want to go on record stating people with a penis measuring 2-4 inches have bad genes. I have not found the hand/feet/penis correlation to be necessarily true~
But for me and my particular anatomy, I have found that bigger is not better. I love that my man's parts fit my parts perfectly, meaning when he is all the way inside me, his penis head just touches my cervix. Lovely~
