It may very well be the case because its not the clitoral friction... when I lay on the same bench in a flat positon or in bed or on the floor or anything where i am flush against somethign I don't have or have ever just spontaniously had an orgasm... BUT... i noticed the same sensation building again the other day on the SAME machine and it do believe its something to do with the way my pelvic bones are thrusted forward in at an angle , I think that tilt is causing something to provide preessure to some pleasure spot in me, it almost feels like my gspot is being heavily stimulated as soon as i get in that position and once i squeeze to pull the weights up it just creates that almost about to come feeling...

The last time i was on the second I noticed it about to happen again I was able to control it and not let it happen, focusing my attention away from the sensations down there... but weird weird stuff indeed.

That used to happen to a friend of mine on the bar that you hang from and pull your knees to your chest.

    I'm jealous.

All I can say is I am using every machine in my gym until I have an orgasm and then I'm using that machine every day Heck, I'm buying one of those machines.

That is definitely kind of odd/cool at the same time. I have noticed that sometimes certain things do that and sometimes they don't. Sometimes maybe it's better if you're not stressing about getting there and you just get there

Good for you I am with SP though...Jealous.

That hyperextension stand has always made me come to orgasm, since the first time I used it in my early 20's, and still does to this day, I'm now 33. I was baffled when it first happened. I've also been woken up from sleep in orgasm since I was a teenager. (And yes, I have often thought of those as akin to "wet dreams" that guys get.) As I've gotten older, more and more positions in yoga and intense exertion in exercise are causing me to orgasm too. That seems to make sense on a physical level, but what has also begun in the last year is that orgasms have begun to come when I'm feeling any kind of anxiety. Those are similar to waking up in orgasm after a stress dream, like if I'm dreaming that I'm running late or someone is chasing me, BAM! Orgasm. Now when I'm actually running late or trying to finish a project, BAM! Orgasm. I've also found that I will orgasm just thinking about it, like as I'm writing this. And I can release it entirely internally without stimulating or touching myself to complete it. So I can have over 100 in a day, that sometimes are terribly distracting, but no one else can tell what's going on.

While I don't necessarily want them to stop, and I really don't want to take medication to dull my sensation, I do want to have a handle on why they happen. They have increased in frequency and intensity since I started to work through past sexual trauma in therapy, so I believe there is a connection there. I'm wondering if that's the case for others, or if there's anything in psychological/physical/or physiological nature that we all share? Or if this is much like migraines, where different triggers cause it to happen in different people?

And last thing, while it could definitely be worse (migraines for example, are a much worse condition), this is not something I am bragging about. So when my friends say stuff like, "We should all be so lucky" or "You call that a problem?", it's really alienating. I know that if someone doesn't experience it, it must be hard to understand, and with so many women never having had an orgasm at all it would be impossible, but it bothers me that it isn't taken a little more seriously. Finding this thread makes me feel like less of a freak. I am soooooooo glad to hear that someone else has that hyperextension chair stand cause it too, because I have yet to meet another living person who experiences this at all, let alone with that particular device.

Like you I could have multiple orgasms with a tiny bit of work in between and with the right mindset, the 2nd one was easy to get to, then a tiny bit more work to get to the next few ..
It was a weird experience, I was alone in the room. Also like you I cant get anything happening if my mind is not on the job. I usually love sex and orgasm easly, mostly on top (clitoral stimulation ) but at the gym I had nothing pressing on me in that area, but alot of tension in that area lifting my legs/knees up to my chest .... oh well shouldnt complain ..

One last thought....this must be a source of strength. I hope others keep posting to this thread because I have a feeling now seeing that I'm not alone, and in thinking about the emotional and physical potency in this kind of condition we might be on the cusp of something big for women in general. I think it should be embraced rather than fought. That's all...

OK, blokes perspective here You are not alone in this! I train at home 2 or 3 times a week, simple exercises, push ups, sits up and weights, etc. I tend to exercise in front of the TV and although I know you will say this is simply mental stimulation, a program came on the TV about Miss naked Australia or something like that and although it wasnt late and on a regular channel I might add it did show full-frontal nudity, while I was doing my bicep curls these ladies started to parade around on stage and I very quickly became turned on and with each bicep curl I wanted to cum, my wife asked if I really wanted to watch this and of course I "said" no. Thankfully she did turn over to a different channel because I think inside a minute and I would of had to make an embarrassing run to the toilet out of the blue and with very little build-up at all to lead to this. Just thought Id share
