Thread: Looking to spice things up.

Hi Everyone. This is my first post here. Ive been browsing around, looking for tips, and decided that the best course of action is to just ask! LOL!

My husband and I were both raised in homes that taught that sex was a "duty" and all of the other unattractive phrases used to scare kids into abstaining. We were both virgins when we met. We have since discovered that this is a bunch of bull, and have a good sex life.

But we are not the most imaginative pair, and have fallen into a routine. My husband is an over the road trucker, and so is only home for a few nights every 2 weeks. Additionally, we have a toddler. So time is very limited. We have not tried anything at all exotic in the past. But we have talked about broadening our horizons a bit, and both agree that we want to try new things. He has confessed to me that he has always wanted to try anal. And I am not completely opposed to that idea. Any tips on something different to try?

Dear Mom,
It's a little hard to suggest new things when we don't know what you and your husband have tried. For example positions....have you tried a variety? What about oral....does he do you...do you do him? As for anal...I would suggest that he tries fingering you there before going all the way. And be sure to use plenty of lube.
