Thread: So frustrated!!

Hi, I'm having serious issues being able to have sex without imense pain...
I'm 18 years old and having been dating my boyfriend for about a year. We've having sex for about 6 months, he's been my only sex partner ever. For the past 3 months or so sex has been more painful than usual. I've always been very tight, but now I've actually made him stop a number of times! He's very understanding, we investigated a little and noticed that I get a very small cut at the bottom of my vagina. It's like a papercut and although it's small, it burns like no other! I am on Loestrin24 birth control and because condoms only make it worse, I've stopped using them. We tried KY lube and although it's water based it makes my vagina burn very badly... We also tried fingering, but that seems to just make me dry and unhappy.
I know I don't have any STDs, because I went the the gyno last month and was totally clean. It's beginning to frustrate me to the point of tears, I want to have sex, I like sex, but it seems like my vagina just won't cooperate!
Please help! I just want to learn and have a healthy sexual experience.

Cuts on the vagina take a long time to heal, just as they do on the penis. I would recommend not having sex at all, of any kind--fingers, oral or penis in vagina. Wait for it to heal--about two to five weeks. When you are healed, then you can have sex. Until then...-pats you- no sex.
