Please just describe your symptoms. Have you had unprotected sex? How many partners? Have you been to a doctor?

it was not explicit just some aggressive looking cold sores on my lips, have a heart help me out

Do you get cold sores regularly? Are they usually this bad? Have you tried any medications? What makes you think it's sexually transmitted?

Get to the doctor ASAP while you have a sore so they can swab it and test you. It will be difficult to diagnose after it's gone, and if it is herpes, or warts, or another STI, you need to get treatment.
