    Default Difficulty having orgasm

I am looking to see if anyone has any advice or can share similar experiences. I can only have an orgasm if I am on top of my partner moving very slowly with pressure on my clitoris.
When we have sex in any other position, there is virtual no vaginal feeling. Other positions are simply not pleasurable for me.
I do use a cream called Finally which works well for clitoral sensitivity.

    Any suggestions/ ideas?

Do you orgasm from masturbation, manually or orally?
I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

I've have similar issues. I used to only be able to orgasm with oral sex; during vaginal sex I used to barely feel anything. I thought I was weird but soon found out that women are more likely to orgasm with clitoral stimulation because it has tons of nerves. I started tightening my pelvic muscle to increase blood flow down there and it actually worked! Hope this helps.
