    Default Dry Vagina...help????

    Hi,

This is the first time I've used this website and its really quite embarressing. I'm 19 and I've been with my bf for a few months now. When it comes to sex he does really turn me on but I just cant seem to get wet whats wrong with me????

I've done loads of research on the internet and everywhere just says to use lubrication, but I just want 'her' to function properly!!!! Has anyone had this problem?

    Please help!

It's probably nerves and you thinking abt it too much. Try to relax and focus in on what he's doing. He could also help by doing oral or particular things you like. But mainly you need to focus on relaxing. Women have to be mentally involved just as much as physically. That split second of thinking abt when you have to be in to work is enough to ruin the whole session. Hope this helps

Some women naturally lubricate more than others. Beyond that is how excited you get before penetration. Does your SO do a lot of foreplay? Does he do oral? If you need more lubrication use store bought sex lubricant. Pain just isn't worth it and may turn you off on sex after a while.

Female lube is associated with Oestogen levels.
Google Phytoestrogens add them to your diet along with zinc, fish oil and evening primrose oil.

Use a good water based lube, once you get into a routine and know more about your body and its sexual behaviour you will probably find you dont need it anymore.

    Thanks everyone

We usually have alot of foreply before but nothing seems to happen :s . Maybe I am just thinking about it too much. I've heard changing you diet can help. I'm drinking alot of water now, no changes yet. And i'll try the zinc etc oxy-moron, thanks I am very self consious of it, I just want to find something that'll help.

In america they have this thing called Venus Smoke, where you squat over a tub which contains burnt herbs and theyre smoked up into the vagina. It's supposed to help increase moisture and apparently make you tighter too but its not available in the Uk does anyone know about it?

If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is....

We also have things here in the U.S. called "diet pills"..... where the only thing that gets thin is your bank account.

About the only thing I would suggest at this point is to increase your water intake and try to stop "thinking" so much about what is suppose to happen and just let it happen.

RELAX...sex....er ...making love is the most wonderful thing that two people can share with one another. Sex is an act that two animals do to extend the species. Lovemaking is what two people do who truly care about one another in a unique and special way.

Our mind is a very powerful thing.

Because you feel your having problems, you will be thinking of this everytime you engage in sex with your partner, instead of relaxing and enjoying it.

It also depends on how he penetrates you, in-other-words, some foreplay occured, and now it's quick get in, and bang away That doesn't help if you weren't ready for it.

Why not try him giving you a massage with baby oil, and tease you, by touching your inner thighs, buttocks, (sensual) without touching any of your personal body parts so you aren't sure when he will and in that excitement, well you know

Are you on the pill or some other hormonal birth control? That can make you dryer. If so, what brand?

And try not to worry if you have to use artificial lube. Many people need it, and even girls who get pretty et can even find it helps, at least on occasion.

Try to go natural/diet first. Also try getting him to do massage on you first. Dry and light massage of the sacrum spine and neck. Working from the Sacrum to the neck.
