I dare say your BF would love to have a 3some with you and another girl, make sure she is pretty though ;-)
I would talk about it with your BF. Then I'd wait a while and talk about it again, then repeat. Not to the point of being a pain in the neck, but to make sure that this is something you WANT to do and something he WANTS to participate in (sharing you sexually with another and/or participating in it himself).
Once you've "done it", you can't take it back. So I'd be rock solid about where you're both stand before you act on it.
Some things are better left as fantasies (IMO).
