7 months pregnant and would love to have sex with husband but high risk

Maybe someone out there can help me! I am 7 months pregnant and I am going through a difficult pregnancy. I was hospitalized twice for severe dehydration due to vomiting and I experience cramps and pain. As a result I am on bed rest and it seems as if me and my husband's sex life has suffered. We try to make love but during our love making we have to stop because of the cramping. Too I would love to give him oral sex but during the act I become tired. My protruding belly also plays a role because I am heavier.
