Thread: Extreme tightness and bleeding during sex? Is this normal?

I've been with my bf for a year and some months now and every time we have sex I am extremely tight! Tight to the point where when he first enters I feel slight pain, discomfort, a bit of irritation (if using a condom), and one time even felt like I "ripped" inside (ripped-as if my hymen had broke again). And I bleed each time. Not too much blood, but the point is it seems to be every time now.

Now, he doesn't mind that I am so tight he actually loves it. But it's the bleeding that's a bit disturbing.

I have an appointment w/ my gyn this coming Monday and will bring this to her attention. I just want some opinions/advice on what I can do to..I guess not bleed or feel as tight? Is this normal?

Does he wait till you are well- lubricated before entering you? You may want to try a different lube. It is fairly normal to feel that way in relation to your size and his girth. Extend your foreplay and wait till you are very aroused and well-lubricated before letting him enter.

Do you have some bad experiences in the past related to sex ? I ask this because I could feel myself close and dry up some times when my past comes back at me right at the very moment of making love and we have to go back to foreplay and tender - loving for the episode to pass.

Thanks for the reply caterpillar79. At times yes, but at times no he doesn't. However, even when I am very wet (sometimes too wet that he will 'slip' out), this problem still occurs.

Even if we do it twice in a day. I'm still very tight and bleed lightly.

I've never used any lube before ... if I try it will that help? With the tightness & bleeding?

I don't have any bad experiences with sex. Sometimes he'll enter and I'll dry up and after him thrusting in me for a while I become wet again. And sometimes that continues through out our intercourse time. Not often, just sometimes.
