    Try vitamin D3 drops for your libido as well. It has some impact on sex hormone binding globulin-SHBG which diminishes how effective your hormones are.
    Give your man some as well.- Its not expensive. As Seeker_Advice has said nothing beats the sun if you can get it.

    I'm the same, ended up dropping all my meds (depression, contraception) trying many different types, waiting for my body to get used to it, try one by itself etc
    then i learned what they can do to you and that its all about keeping a balance. Synthetic hormones aren't absorbed/used the same, are in much higher quantities and can knock you round mind/body/spirit. After all the torment I wish i knew what I know now, but hey, we all have our lessons in life . Some medical advancements are a revolution while others are not to be played with.
    Its funny how many side effects come with just one pill, all to combat nature...

    Its up to you hun, there are less invasive ways to prevent acne and pregnancy
