Unhappy Deep Vaginal Pains During Intercourse

I'm new to the site, and unsure if anyone else has already posted this question (please bare with me).
My fiance and I will be having sex and all of a sudden, I feel a deep pain. Not like a knife, but more dull. (Still painful). It happens during sweet, innocent sex; hard-rough sex; and even foreplay.
I talked to my older sister and she told me to use the restroom before we get into it. I did that, and it helped a little; the pain still shows up, eventually. It sometimes gets to the point where I'm in tears and have to tell him to stop.
I was wondering if anyone else has/had this experience and any suggestions as to what could make it go away?

    Hi

It always pays to see a doctor first- however if you dont get a result form your doctor then try
    http://www.womens-health.com/boards/...ntercourse.htm

It could be a tilted Uterus. Do positions like shallow spooning hurt?
It could be a skin laceration caused by a Candidal infection. If it is this then the pain will favour a particular part rather the whole thing.

It could be a UTI. Does the urine smell different?. If so Try asparagus( half a tin a day)every day till symptoms disappear.
This is a recognised medical treatment in Germany. The asparagus is broken down into sulphur compounds by your body and passed through your bladder. You drink the fluid in the tin as well.
Apple Cider Vinegar in water is also known to help.
    Good luck

To add to the list of possibilities, could he be hitting your cervix some of the time? If so, more foreplay and pre intercourse orgasms are in order.

    om's link should be: http://www.womens-health.com/boards/...tercourse.html
It was missing an "l" at the end.

Thanks so much for your information. It's greatly appreciated.
I recently saw a doctor and he said I have a tilted cervix/uterus (not sure what he said exactly..), and when I asked him if there's any side effects from it, he just shrugged and said, "Nope. Just tilted." But, to answer your question, yes it does hurt with shallow spooning, but also with deeper positions (doggy style, etc.)
