Sorry, I wasn't sure if this should go here or to gyn, but since it deals with sex, thought here might be appropriate.

The other night me and my boyfriend were getting intimate. He began fingering me (correct terminology?) and about half-way through it started to hurt a little bit, but I didn't stop him - my mistake. After all was said and done, I looked and saw that there was an open wound where I felt it hurting before. It's on the inside of my labia majora, and is about the size of a dime. I'm not quite sure how to treat it...it's still an open wound. I imagine this is from it being in a place where it doesn't get a lot of air. Has anyone had this before?
