Everyone is different and some people get incredibly wet during sex or masturbation like me, some girls don't. It shouldn't affect your sex life IN THE FUTURE! Just like some girls do get wet and some don't, some guys like it and some don't, but don't worry about it. I'm sure you're perfectly normal and shouldn't let things like that bother you.

Not sure where you live, but you shouldn't really be watching porn at 15. You've got your entire life to worry about sex and stuff like that, enjoy your youth while it lasts.
