Default pain only at the begining of sex

okay so for the last few weeks when me and my guy get into it, it hurts, ridicusly bad at first, normally it only hurts a little bit then its fine, but lately its worse and lasts longer then the few seconds it did before. i know it's not caused by a lack of dryness, but i would like to have an idea of what it is.

You say it is not caused by a lack of dryness, but are you thoroughly aroused? Sometimes, still, you can be wet enough and not quite be ready...

It could be bacterial vaginosis...or a bladder infection. This is only talking from personal experience, though. Are there any other symptoms?

There are 3 ligaments that hold the uterus in place. With arousal these act to actually lift and move the uterus to allow more room for the penis. If you are not adequately aroused the unaroused position of the uterus may cause you pain.
