    Question Cramp durring sex.

I was recently having sex with my fiance and I experienced a bad cramp seeminly in my uteris area. This is the first time it has ever happened. I've looked all over to see if i could find out what it was but nothing thats to similar to my situation. I dont have health insurance to see a gyno but the info i can give might help anybody reading this give me an answer as to whats going on. first of all, we have unprotected sex. I have the mirena IUD which ive had for almost 4 years now and i dont have periods. only very light spotting every few months. I have never had cysts or been diagnosed with endometriosis and i had a c section with my daughter over 3 years ago and that has been my only surgery. until early this year i had regular gyno check ups and i have nothing wrong with my equipment down there but i did find out i have HPV and i've had that for 2 years now. I was treated for it twice but it never went away. I wondered if this had something to do with it or maybe somehow my IUD had been knocked out of place but there was no bleeding after this. its been 4 days and this pain is still there. it cramps really bad when i pee too. we were doing it doggy style when this happened as we'de done many times before but as i said, this pain has never happened before. he is well endowed and were rough but it seems wierd that this has never happened before. we wernt doing anything differant. If anybody has any answers i would be so thankful.

    Hi
It is possibly just some bruising from rough sex. However it is best to see your health care professional especially if the pain does no go away.
    From the Drugs site
    -----------------------------------------
Do NOT use Mirena IUD if:

you are allergic to any ingredient in Mirena IUD, including silicone or polyethylene
you are pregnant or suspect that you are pregnant
you have an abnormally shaped uterus or uterine fibroids
you have a history of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), ectopic pregnancy, endometritis, or a condition that puts you at risk of ectopic pregnancy or pelvic infections
you have had an inflamed lining of the uterus after pregnancy or an infected abortion within the past 3 months
you have an abnormal Pap smear of unknown cause; vaginal bleeding of unknown cause; inflammation of the cervix or vagina; an infection of the vagina that has not been treated; any sexually transmitted disease (STD) (eg, chlamydia, gonorrhea); known or suspected tumors of the uterus or cervix; or genital, vaginal, or cervical infection
you have or your partner has more than 1 sex partner
you have a condition that makes you prone to infection (eg, leukemia), immune system problems, HIV infection, or intravenous (IV) substance abuse
you have a previously inserted IUD that has not been removed
you have a history of breast cancer or you suspect that you have breast cancer
you are taking nevirapine, troleandomycin, or St. John's wort
you have liver disease or liver tumors

Contact your doctor or health care provider right away if any of these apply to you.
