Ladies, what is your best route to orgasm?

Just curious to know what techniques the ladies prefer for reaching orgasm. For those who can't climax from intercourse, what do you do?

For my wife, reaching orgasm during intercourse is nearly impossible; but she can often climax from oral and, even more reliably, by using her Hitachi Magic Wand (while I watch, masturbate, tickle her, tease her anus with my tongue, etc.). I hear a pulsating hand-held shower head works for some women. Does rubbing your clit externally or internally with your finger really work? Other options?

Is there something else we could try that spice things up a bit?

I just rub my clit during sex and hope it works out. I cannot force an orgasm so I rub to try and get there. Oral does nothing for me so that won't work, and we rarely use toys. Internally rubbing is the G-spot, that "come here" motion sometimes work but again cannot force it. Just have to do it and see what happens.

I've never been able to orgasm from intercourse, but hopefully I will one of these days. It might just be a matter of being fully aroused and experimenting with positions. Oral will always work for me, or manual stimulation. Vibrators work, but I'm not a huge fan of using those frequently, as it can lead to desensitization.

Lots of foreplay, open communication, and being open to experimentation can take your sex life to new heights. Good luck.

i often use a vibrator when we do it doggy as both of us can feel the vibrations.

I have not had an orgasm while having intercourse unless there was additional stimulaition involved. I reallyyy like oral and vibrators do the trick also! I am real sensitive to toys so I have to watch which ones I use so I only use the plastic vibrator really. I have never tried the shower thing. Rubbing the clit can work for me sometimes if its rubbed with the vibrator or even he can rub his penis up and down on it. But only rubbing it with a finger does not work for me. As for Internally, fingering does a little but it can get hard to handle.

how to spice it up? Just depends on what all your wife and are into. Foreplay can really help get it all started and make you both more excited. Talk about fantasy that you both have. Maybe she is interested in trying new things but has never told you. You can try going out to some of the clubs and adding another. Just because you add another doesn't mean you have to have intercourse--the other can watch or play.

The most effective tool for getting your wife orgasmic is talking, caressing, fondling her boobs, fingering her clit, doing oral sex, kissing all her exposed and unexposed part and licking even her or putting the tongue inside before the penis. Just a guy's perspective but most women I've "known" in the biblical sense will generally only have their first orgasm during a session from manual and/or oral stimulation but can have a second (or more) orgasm from intercourse right after that. They all seem to be mult-orgasmic if you follow that progression.

As of right now it would be manual stimulation, mainly on the clitoris.
When I was in a relationship I could orgasm from intercourse in positons that allowed the same.

I don't have much to any experience receiving oral so I couldn't tell you. Like others have said though... stimulating my brain is the best route.
Sex was always extremely satisfying when he took the time to tease me so much that I was ripping his clothes off.

when you give her head use 2 fingers and point them upwards along the top wall of her vagina and wriggle them gently upwards and in circular motions whilst you gently but firmly lick her clit this will make her squirm and if you get into a good enough rythum you could send her into multiple orgasms, i love when my guy does this for me it gets me twice sometimes three times 1 after the other.

I cannot have an orgasm from sex, for me it just wont happen. However when my husband goes down me I'm able to, that is really the only thing that will make me orgasm.
