    Default Approaching women

First of all, I am new to this forum and would like to say hello.

My question is, from a womans point of view, when and where would be the best time and place for a male to approach you and strike up a conversation and maybe ask for your number?
I am well educated, and don't consider myself an ugly person, I just lack the self esteem and confidence to go up and talk to women.
I've had no shortage of girfriends, but most have been introduced by a friend or from online dating.
I'd just like to be able to walk up to random women and have a chat.

There is no formula Mr. Innocent. Nobody can say or guide you exactly the way you want. Every person is different and every motive is unmatchable and unique. I am open to discussion and chat if you so desire. You can even PM too. Maybe I can share with you what I feel and expect from a man though every woman has her own unique way when it comes to dealing with a person.

There is no anything called appropriate time or place. It can be anywhere and anytime. This is spontaneous and the only thing you need is confidence in yourself and faith in the woman he want to date or have friends with. I wish you all the success.

I prefer to do things that make women want to come up and talk to me. For example, I've found that walking my dog works wonders for that. A lot of them, of all ages, will come up and ask me what kind she is and if they can pet her. The conversation then just flows from there. I guess having a dog is a sign you're not an axe-murderer.

I would suggest that you continue to do what has worked for you in the past, especially if you have self esteem and confidence issues.

If it isn't broken, don't fix it.

Online contacts seem to have a lot of advantages, IMO.

The nightclub hook ups probably don't interest you and do you really want to meet someone in a club? Really?

How about a gym where you work out? Any clubs that you're a member of?

The only way to improve self esteem and self confidence in approaching/talking with women is to do it, and do it, and do it again.
