Hitting the cervix is somewhat normal. Uncomfortable, but normal. You could try different positions that will limit penetration.

I've never heard of meds being given for this... Were the meds specifically with this in mind?

If you are sure you dont want go to a doctor- try some exercise.
    Strengthen your core.

    Kagels are a good start.

    and

    Knee to Chest Exercise
    Step 1

Lie with your back on a flat surface. Bend both knees and plant your feet on the floor.
    Step 2

Bend your right knee and bring that knee to your chest while keeping the opposite foot flat on the floor. Press your lower back against the floor and hold this position for a minimum of 15 seconds.
    Step 3

Relax your right knee and return to the starting position. Repeat this exercise on your left leg. Perform one set of 10 repetitions once daily to help temporarily reposition your uterus to the forward position.

    Good luck

Thanks for the advice and they gave me meds because she said there could be a slight infection and lately no matter how I have sex it hurts. She told me that they won't fix it at this age that it might be falling out.I think I'm at the point where I need to go see my ob and not my midwife.Just wanted to know if anyone else had this prob.

There are other posts with this topic.
Another thing to try is lie on your tummy with one leg straight and the other leg bent up to the side. This will tend to drag the cervix to one side. Get your husband to stick his finger in to get the lay of the land ( so to speak).( Cervix feels like the tip of a nose with an indentation in it.)
He can adjust his entry to suit. Give it a try.
