Thank you for your concerns Tommister. He is worried about this but puts all of the problem on being uncircumcised. He's 23 and has annual doctor appointments, but I'll bring this up to him and hopefully he'll get it checked out. I really hope it's not a major health issue =(

    Default Annuals

having an annual check does not mean that this topic will be brought up by him or the doctor and at his young age, the doctor will not add a PSA scan parameter to the blood test and will not perform a digital exam.

Gut instincts are great, and if he thinks it has something to do with his foreskin then this may indicate that the pain is localized to this part of his penis. Again, we need him to be more descriptive of the area the pain is coming from and a really good description of the nature of the pain. analogies are good. Examples: feels like pin pricks, like a burn, stinging, dull throbbing, it only hurts when I get an erection, when I pull my foreskin back, when it rubs on my underwear, when I touch it, when you touch it, when the can touches it or it's like that time I accidentally inserted my penis into a fire ant nest.

Post I have the same problem

    hello,
I am 23 and my boyfriend is 24, he is also uncircomedsized, and gets sore for 1 to 2 days after sex or a blow job, this is because the skin rubs on the tip of the penis, when the penis is not use to being unprotcted and rubing on boxers or pants, its under the sink all day long protcted from rubing. so when u do have sex and the skin comes back and the tip is out and about its ganna get sore, also if the skin is not worked at the tip of the skin is going to be sore cuz that is not use to being streached over and over again. u have to simply try to get the penis and sink use to being out and about, try to have your guy keep his skin back and try the move the skin alittle more then to just pee or wash it and that does mean sex will be not offten at 1st but when its finally use to being out and about sex will be more often, alot longer and well more then once and then done.. also for ppl who think the ones that are uncircomsied stink its cuz they dont clean off after they and the pee sits under the skin with sweat try wet wips after the bathroom its called keeping it clean! hope this helps..

It's not simply because he's uncircumcised; many of us are uncircumcised and don't have that problem, nor anything remotely like it.
He really ought to see a doctor if his soreness lasts more than just a few minutes after sex.

This sounds a bit like a guy i use to know at uni! (yep, the random things students like to talk to each other about - our genitals. ha!)
like your boyfriend, whenever he had sex, he would be in a lot of pain. He went to the doctors and they told him that he basically had a fragile 'banjo string' (cearly not the doctors terms obv!! - the skin connecting the foreskin to the helmet) but you get the jist.

Maybe worth checking it out, as he was told that on occasions, men have been know to break the 'banjo string'.

On that note, i may have to have a lie down. ha!

Hello everyone. Thank you for your continued concerns. The only update I have is that the pain doesn't last him more than a night anymore. Our schedules shifted around and now we have much more time for sex. We've been having it on a frequent/regular basis and he said it doesn't hurt him for as long after sex anymore. Instead of a day or two, it's less than a day. He doesn't know why, and it sure doesn't make sense to me either.

Before, we would have like long weekends or something of frequent sex, but the pain didn't get easier on him. Now it seems to get better with use. He said it hurts just as bad, but the pain stops a lot quicker.

This happens to my bf (he's circumcised) but I think it has to do with lubrication. At the end of my period I find it hard to maintain natural lube even if I'm still aroused or if I'm eating badly/not drinking enough water and experiencing what is called "hostile" vaginal mucus, (it's very thick and acidic I think) so perhaps it has something to do with the ph of your bits.

It sounds like the extra sex has toughened him up, but it could also be that the extra sex has changed something about you, too, such as maybe the chemistry of your vagina or maybe its tightness to some degree. Any way it has happened, all the better for the both of you. Good luck.
