Question: On average, how often do guys have an orgasm through sexual intercourse?

Do most guys feel dissatisfied with sex if they don't have an orgasm? Or are other ways to stimulate them just as satisfying?

Same here, 100% for my guy. Not sure if he'd bother with sex if he couldn't orgasm.

My ex-husband would sometimes not reach orgasm but I didn't realize he was masturbating to porn a lot at the time

Wow, I guess men and women really do not understand each other. I would say 99.999% of the time i orgasm. The only time I might not would be if I had been having so much sex there is nothing left in me. Never happens. I would be dissatisfied if i didn't. The one thing a women has over a man is the ability to come multiple times. For me, I need at least 3-4 hours, but better yet, 12 hours if I expect a strong orgasm the second time.

Readers are understanding, I hope, that male ejaculation and male orgasm while often considered the same thing, are actually separate. Men can orgasm without ejaculating and they can ejaculate without orgasm.

2/3 of the time. I still enjoy it if I don't, but its much better if I do.

I can't speak for all males but, I disagree with your assessment. Yes, I can orgasm without ejaculating but only because the well is dry. What I cannot do is ejaculate without an orgasm. Where did you get the idea we could, just wondering?
