Okay Ladies, I research this forum and I found a lot of information about these things but none all together. I've just posted about this on another thread, so apologies for repeating myself. I've just found an amazing technique, which my wife tells me is 'mind blowing'. We have been married 20 years, and are very comfortable talking about all aspects of sex, that helps a lot I think. She usually has orgasms during sex, but like you I wanted to give her the big one

I found a video on [website redacted]. The technique is really simple, and to be honest the first time I tried it on my wife, I didn't think it would work. Boy was I wrong

She has to be nice and relaxed, and on her back. Use plenty of lube on your hands, with your palm up, gently insert the middle two fingers into her vagina. The outer two fingers stay outside, point down towards her bottom. Place the other hand on the top of her pubic bone. Then firmly begin moving your hand, which is inserted in her in an up and down motion (not in and out). Keep your middle two fingers rigid, so that they stimulate the front wall of the vagina, where the G-spot is.

After about 20 seconds of this, my wife was groaning and moaning like you wouldn't believe (I didn't), then she contorted, and had the biggest orgasm she ever had, and squirted fluid everywhere. Yeah, that's right. Keep your palm up, and when you insert your fingers, your palm sort of goes against her.
