The only solutions will involve a doctor. There is no way to resolve the issue of the plaque that has formed except for surgery which the doctor will be hesitant about until other prescription treatments have been explored. Prescriptions other than viagra and cialis for this only minimize the curvature of the penis thereby making sex a little bit easier than before, it is not a cure by any means and the pain sometimes does go away on its own. Not much is known about the condition, there is no real cure, there have been no reliable studies done, and no clinical trials to support any methods other than surgery. Keep talking with the doctor they will provide more insight.

Well, marriage is for the good and for the worse....talk to him - you'll see that this is a bigger problem for him that for you - think about what he is going through - you are focusing too much in how this affect you when you need to be a couple and as a couple work in ways to solve this - he could get a sex toy to help you out, etc, talk to him....life throw us curves but we need to keep going

    Hi
do some research on acetyl-l-carnitine.( You can get this at health food shops)
A 3-month, double-blind study compared the effectiveness of acetyl-L-carnitine to the drug tamoxifen in 48 men with Peyronie’s disease.1 Acetyl-L-carnitine (at a dose of 1 g daily) reduced penile curvature, while tamoxifen did not. In addition, the supplement reduced pain and slowed disease progression to a greater extent than tamoxifen.

Another study evaluated the potential benefits of combination therapy with propionyl-L-carnitine and an injected medication (verapamil).2 In this trial, 60 people with severe Peyronie's disease were given verapamil injections plus 3 months of treatment with either propionyl-L-carnitine (2 g per day) or tamoxifen. Use of propionyl-L-carnitine plus verapamil significantly reduced penile curvature, plaque size, and the need for surgery, while tamoxifen plus verapamil had little effect.

These studies remain preliminary, but their results are definitely encouraging. For more information, see the full Acetyl-L-Carnitine article.

Get him to give it a try- other trials have shown it to be more effective than testosterone for male problems.
