Hi ladies. Please forgive me, but I'm a guy. I need some help. I've tried general forums & not gotten any help. My wife gets pain from multiple orgasms. Her having multiples is kind of new to us. The first few times she loved it, but now she says they begin to hurt; it just becomes too intense. A web search came up with many other women who posted about this on another site. But no real explanations or ideas of what to do aside from stop when they get uncomfortable.

She says it doesn't feel like menstrual cramps or like sore or strained muscles, but after this last episode a few days ago she said she hurt from her waist to her thighs for two days.

Here's the problem; she says she can't tell me when it starts to turn from awesome to uncomfortable. She says that in the middle of all the orgasms her brain isn't really working, so telling me when it's time to stop might not be possible. So I guess it's up to me to try to determine when. But I can't tell when she is loving it or when it is hurting; her facial expressions and sounds are the same! And if I ask her questions when we are making love she gets mad at me. (She HATES talking about sex.) She won't talk to her doctor about this either. So I don't know what to do. I don't want to hurt her with sex. And I'm afraid she will be wanting sex even less often now because she is scared of hurting.

By the way, regular orgasms (even super powerful ones) don't cause her any pain. Neither do sequential ones, just the multiples.

Any ladies out there that have worked through this and can give me some advice?
