an orgasm on our end is almost like losing complete control for some of the more intense ones you can feel just about every muscle tense up and your whole body gets involved in the event, when you're just about to reach climax its almost impossible without practice to push yourself through past the point of no return, and once its happening it feels like nothing can stop it, usually after this we feel almost completely drained (which explains our roll over and fall asleep issue) sometimes we get lucky and can go a couple rounds with maybe a 20-30 minute recharge time which we can usually fill with foreplay, bathroom break, something like that but usually its a pretty physically taxing experience.

Not that this analogy will relate to anything for the females (not being sexist but there doesnt usually seem to be an interest in guns from women) but comparing our orgasm to a female orgasm is like comparing one of the large deck guns on the naval ships to a small fully automatic rifle. It takes us a long time to reload and the result is a big bang, and (correct me if im wrong) in the female/small rifle sense it takes a very short time to reload and be ready again, with a much smaller end result.

It annoys me sometimes when I see people saying things like "Oh, women's orgasms are much longer and more intense than men's orgasms" or some other orgasmic gender-superiority piffle. The fact is, men's and women's orgasms are different - not better or worse than one or the other - just different.

Yes I know that scientific study has determned that the female orgasm typically lasts between 20 to 30 seconds whereas the typical male orgasm lasts only 2 to 5 seconds in comparison. And yes, I also know that many studies have concluded that female orgasms are often felt throughout the whole body whereas male orgasms are felt locally in the groin area. But it is my belief that men's and women's brains are neurologically wired up to derive pleasure from different types of orgasms.

For instance, if a woman were to experience a male orgasm she would prbably think to herself "well, that felt really nice but I only really felt it between my legs and it was all over so quickly - and now I have to clean up all this mess, gross!"
Whereas if a man was to experience a female orgasm he may think to himself "well, that felt really nice and it lasted ages but it just faded out without the explosive conclusion I'm used to - oh well, at least I don't have to get the tissues out!"
So basically, an orgasm that would drive a woman to the very peak of pleasure probably wouldn't have the same effect on a man. And vice versa.

What's also important to bear in mind is that different people experience orgasms differently depending on a range of factors such as level of arousal, time of day, time of month, mood, time since last orgasm etc. etc. My own personal experience is that if I have a quick orgasm via masturbation or intercourse it is usually over pretty quickly and can sometimes be a little underwhelming. Whereas if I take my time and build up slowly to just before the point at which I ejaculate and then just keep myself there (a technique called 'edging' for anyone who hasn't heard of it before) the resulting orgasm will be felt throughout my entire body, will last longer (sometimes as much as 10 seconds and more) and I also seem to ejaculate more semen as a result. For me, a good orgasm feels like a nuclear bomb going off between my legs. A great orgasm feels like a million tiny fingers tickling over every inch of skin on my body in several quick waves, then a nuclear bomb going off between my legs. But that's just me - it could be completely different for the guy next door.

When all is said and done, both male and female orgasms have an upside and a downside - female orgasms may last longer but they are comparatively much harder (and can take much longer) to acheive. Male orgasms are shorter but are far easier to acheive (and sometimes don't even require you to have an erection) and a man is virtually guaranteed to have one every time with apparent ease. As long as the orgasm you get makes you happy who cares if the woman next door's is longer - it might be less intense than yours. Or who cares if the man sitting next to you ejaculates a pint of cum every time - yours might last way longer than his. And as long as you can give your partner the orgasm that satisfies him/her, does it really matter if one lasts longer than the other?

It starts with a vibration like feeling in my testes (any manipulation or touching of them at the time of orgasm it awesome). It feels like my body is pulling up the testes and starts as a rhythmic pulsing (pumping) in my groin and upper legs. It starts slow then builds. I would guess this is all of the semen being mixed up inside, I swear I can feel it being pulled up into my body before it is expelled. Its hard to concentrate on anything, there is a point at which it feels like a pressure build up then 4 or 5 massive pulses at which time the whole body tenses up. My upper thighs tense and release repeatedly, there is no way to stop it. If in a submissive position I will stop breathing, if in a dominant position I actually tense up and don't thrust as much (which sucks because 99% of the time that is how it goes), its like you can't concentrate on orgasm and thrusting at the same time. If I am standing at the time I almost fall over, its like everything goes off line or shuts down. The best is when it is out of your control (laying on back with female on top or giving HJ, never had BJ but sure that would feel as awesome). Any touching to the penis is almost unbearable and my wife seems to get stop when I stop breathing (though I really want her to continue for about another 30 seconds). Afterwards my legs are very weak (walking, running or driving is very difficult) and I tend to be so exhausted I go to sleep (that could be from the 30-40 minutes of being on top it takes for her to release). I could fall asleep in 2 minutes no problem.
