Unhappy Need advice on too much masturbation

I am a 56 year old male. I was married 30 years and the last 10 years had no sex with my wife. So I masturbated to amateur porn movies. Now I am single with a 55 year old girl friend with a lovely body and like her very much. I can please her easily via intercourse and with my hands. We don't use condoms since we are both safe. But I cannot cum inside of her during intercourse and she is tight due never having children. I don't know if I am too accustomed to masturbating for the past 10 years or if I am trying too hard to always please her and not concentrating on myself.

I have tried abstaining from masturbating for 10 days and that does not help. I have no problems staying hard when having intercourse with her or any problems cumming when I am masturbating.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

Quit masturbating and only have your sex fun with her. 10 days is probably not enough. Th real key is to quit worrying and relax. When the time comes you will climax. As long as you both take your time and don't think that things should happen by a certain date, it will happen.

I had a similar problem and I found the answer at (Edit link). Masturbating to porn can have detrimental affects because it overstimulates our dopamine production. Men as young as in their twenty's are even having erectile dysfunction.

No problems metaphysicallyou, that's for clarifying...

The your brain on porn site is probably a good place to start- also go to the sister site reuniting as well- this describes Karezza which is orgasm free sex.
So you are already a natural. The theory is that you will not loose your desire for your partner if you do not orgasm with them- rather you crave them more and more.
