My boyfriend really likes it when I am in heels and my garter and sexy pantyhose. It really gets him turned on before anything really happens. I usually take my heels when am in bed because they are more problems then they are worth. I also would have to say doing it doggy style with me dressed up is great.
Wearing the heels and thigh highs make me feel sexier (they also cover up the not so attractive things about my legs and feet, making me FEEL sexier), so it's all fun. If it is such an obsession it's the main way he wants to do it and get off, then it's a fettish. But trying new things and exploring fantasies is always fun.

Heels Are hot! I must say I've never have had any trouble with them. I will usually wear knee high boots, school girl skirt N matching corset...its fun N Sexy for both of us. Was scared the first time if hitting him with the heel but luckily has never happened! Have fun
Yes, I've done it. If you're on top, you just have to get your feet in a comfortable position, the heels make it hard on your ankles...but there are many positions that are awesome and it even makes you feel more sexy! just have fun with it! the higher the heels the sexier you will feel!
oh and...heels, pumps will come off and it's annoying!
