Default Sharp lower stomach pains after sex like very severe cramps

Me and my boyfriend had sex for the first time on October 28th(unprotected) my periods usually start around the 20th so my period just ended on Oct.24(monday before we had sex) so a week past and on the next friday (November 4th) my period started again (dark brown like color) it was on and off from that friday till the following thursday(spotting like still brown the whole time) the day after it stop we had sex which was this last friday. after sex when i got up to walk i had really bad lower stomach pains like where you have cramps for your period but they were much worse than Ive ever had and they were only when I was walking. it even hurt after having just oral sex. Before we had sex for the first time I havent had sex for about 7 and a half months. Maybe thats why I started my period??? But not sure about the severe pains. I have a DR appointment for birthcontrol on the 30th of this month and was going to wait till then to see whats going on. But I am kind of worried I should say something sooner.. Does any one have any suggestions or thoughts of what might be going on? Very much appreciated.

Brown is old blood leftover from your period, it is normal.

Pain can happen when you are nearing your period, as in normal cramping. The sex can basically jossle things around enough to make the cramping begin earlier and with more 'force'. Take a tylenol, acetaminophen, ibuprofen...whatever you may have in the medicine cabinet.

Not having sex for awhile and then having a period does not give you a period. Like before, if you were already due for your period in and around that time then the sex can move stuff around in there to instigate cramping and hence a period, but the actual lack of sex and then having sex does not create a period.

It is also possible to have lasting cramps if he was too rough during sex.
