Default I think its a scratch?

One night when me and Bear were getting frisky I think he may have accidentally scratched me downstairs with his fingers and I just thought at the time it was the roughness of his fingers. Now, that one little spot hurts during inter-course and I'm not sure what to think about it except make a trip to the Doctors. o-o

Likely a scratch that keeps opening anytime you do something down there. It needs time to heal without any rough movements to aggravate it.
There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.

If it becomes persistent, it might be worth seeing a doctor. They can give you a topical ointment that will make it heal much, much faster than it would on its own.
