Last night when my partner had his penis deep inside me I felt a very intense sensation in one area which made me come very hard and quickly. It felt different to normal vaginal stimulation, more like clitoral stimulation. I think the g-spot is the other end of the clitoris, so do you think this must have been my g-spot..?

An A-spot is like the g-spot of the rectum. Considering there is a fairly thin membrane separating the vagina from the rectum it is possible. But I lean more to either g-spot or cervix stimulation since it was from deep penetration.

The a-spot is the anterior fornix, its the cul-de-sac that is past (but not through) the cervix. Wiki has a pretty detailed page on it.
