Thread: Help! Bleeding profusely during sex

Last night my boyfriend, who I've been with for 3 years without incident before, and I were having sex, I was on top going rather fast and kind of slammed his penis in at the wrong angle, it hit my clit and I started bleeding profusely. Not just regular blood either, some clots like with period blood but Im not having my period. I think there's a tear on the inside and there's bruising to the side of my clit. I know he hurt me but jeez! It's just a penis! And the blood was pouring out, I was feeling faint. Does anyone have any advice or experience? I can't get to a doctor until tomorrow. Thanks alot

I think the first thing to do is to obviously, make sure you're not losing anymore blood. If you're feeling faint, the least thing you want is to lose even more, so if it is still bleeding, apply pressure on the area, if you can, to try and stop it. I know this might not be possible because it may be painful due to the reason it's bleeding. The best thing you can do is talk to your doctor all about it, because obviously they're professionals and they will hopefully know what's wrong. It sounds like there's been a tear in or around your vagina, and because it's such a sensitive area, it's going to hurt quite a lot. The reason the blood might be quite clotted is because of the skin that's coming out with the blood, because of the possible tear. I hope you're okay!
