I think you are mixing up female orgasm with female ejaculation. Look both terms up. Can you find her g-spot?

The two are completely different... It sounds like she is indeed having an orgasm, but not all women can squirt/ejaculate. If you want to try to explore this, I recommend the below two books. Pick them up and read them together, then have fun. Also, do a thread search, there are a million on them regarding this.

It does sound like shes having orgasms. And quite enjoying herself, and I think that's really all that matters. I can understand you wanting some sort of physical proof of her enjoyment, but she obviously is getting quite into it even without cumming. I would also recommend reading or researching about oral and the likes, you will most likely find a way to really take her pleasure to the next level. You two should also explore together, make sure the two of you are communicating about what feels good and such as well.
