Default Prolapse Concerns Due To Anal Sex?

My wife and I have started to have anal sex on a semi-regular basis. It usually involves a clitoral vibrator and penis insertion anal region only.

My concern is that, over time, this kind of activity could lead to some kind of detachment of the muscles and cause a prolapse in my wife (especially since we'll be having kids in the next year).

We only do this kind of thing maybe a few times a month and I've seen girls in porn movies abuse their anus far worse.

Bottom line, my wife (who's in her mid-20's) enjoys it so should we be worried?

There can be "stretching" issues of the sphincter muscle. This is the muscle that must relax when having a bowel movement. When this stretches (I've seen it in the hospital) then people have resorted to using tampons etc to stem the leakage that can occurr. This stretching is probably from foreign objects being inserted as an average sized penis is probably no thicker than a large bowel movement. Anal sex can be fairly safe and if you're using lots of lube and it's not rough sex then you should be ok. There might be some advantage to having her perform exercises that strengthen the sphincter (almost like kegal exercises in which you tighten and relax the vaginal muscles).
