Default Tilted/Tipped Uterus makes certain positions SOOO painful!!

I've been with my boyfriend for 5 years and sex has always been an issue. Certain positions such as doggy style and others where I'm not in control are so uncomfortable it makes me want to cry! After visiting my gyno for a yearly checkup, she told me I have a tilted uterus and that is why sex is sometimes painful. I'm all about pleasing my boyfriend and making him happy so I do it anyway but I just can't relax and take the pain! Is there any advice y'all could give me?? Thanks so much!

Use the positions you are comfortable with, with the agreement by your bf after you tell him the reason. Get a book on sex positions and try to find more that are agreeable. Did your gynecologist make mention of having orgasms prior to intercourse to make your body more accommodating?

I have a tilted uterus too and I find doggy a little painful too. Its actually very common, about 25% of women have it. Don't try to take the pain unless you are enjoying it. You will start to resent sex and eventually your bf. Tell him what works. Get a book on positions. There are so many, taking out doggy style from your repetoir will not matter. Maybe this can be a quest to find all the new positions that work for both of you. That should make it more fun.

I wonder if I have a tilted uterus! Doggie style makes me feel like my insides are being ripped apart!! I can start out in that position, and tolerate it, but if we go from missionary to that position in the same session, it feels like it's being torn. SO PAINFUL. Also, cowgirl style is painful too. I find that having an orgasm before intercourse helps me to relax a lot (and I can orgasm a second time much easier). Try getting yourself off or having your boyfriend get you off before intercourse. It might help those muscles relax!
