I know the kagels do work... I do them I don't know how many times a day... but i get amazing results in bed... so give it a try...
i count in my head to ten for the first set.... 1 release, 2 release, 3 release... and so one...
but on the second set I could and hold for 10 seconds...
1 -hold- 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10-release
2- hold-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10-release
and so on...
