Of course. He almost loves it as much as oral, even asks for it from time to time. I don't do it very often but I try from time to time just for him. It doesn't matter the spot, as long as your SO loves it it's always worth the try. I just wish he'd let me use more than a tongue over there (he thinks it's 'gay' to do anything more than that) as I'm sure he'd love it...
Haha, yeah, I've done this. But I sooo didn't want to. I was licking the bottom of his balls, and he kept telling me to go lower, lower, lower and pushing my head down. And I kept trying to stop and said, "No", but eventually I just did it, 'cause he's selfish and stubborn, and it was something I'd never done. So, now, at least, I can say, I've done it. It was a little hairy, from what I remember, but clean. So whatever :-P
