    Default Why men on here?

There are getting to be too many men on here if you ask me. Sure come on here and ask advice of women, but to start telling women what they should do when they are not asking men - I don't get that

"where women gather, share and learn" where does it say "where women gather, share and learn and have men give their opinions on their lives and issues too"!! It doesn't.

I value mens views when they are asked but surely the whole point of this is for women to share experiences and advice - otherwise the website needs to be changed!!

I am one of those men.
I do understand your point, but one of the most common complaints women have about men is that they don't listen. The men who read this board ARE listening.

You could have a really women only board - but how would you know? You'd just have men pretending to be women (very common on the internet) reading and posting on the board.

I agree-there are too many men on here-this is a Women's Health website-for WOMEN. Usually the men's opinions aren't that great anyway-isn't there some other website men can go on?

    Default why not?

I don't know...I think I little manly input on some subjects in this forum are kinda nice. It's still a womanly place to discuss womenly subjects. I don't think they have overtaken us yet. :-)

rcoreyus is right; what really proves that any of us are men or women? Is it at all fair to say that men shouldn't be posting here? Don't they need help as much as any of us?
There is a Mens-Health.com forum, but it has women on it. Should we all be forced to "stick with our gender?" I don't think that's fair or right.

I don't see the problem. The men that come here could learn a thing or two.

    Irelandlover-
I invite all of the ladies here to visit the Men's Health.com sex forum. It is D O A over there. No wonder they're here or is it because they are over here it's dead over there. I do really understand your point but I understand all the previous poster's points as well. Talk about ambivalence.

Most of the posts here involve males, so what's the harm on them posting their point of view on the subject?

Does it ever HURT to hear the other side of the story?

    I wouldn't thinks so.

    I hope not...

You know, the female point of view isn't the only correct one. If I was posting a problem, I would want all available info, not just a biased half of it. That way lies ignorance...

if any women does not want any male feedback or opinons please state that in your post..i will certainly respect that..some women want a man's point of view..there is a lot of man bashing on this site (some deserved, for example the porn issue)..some women claim that their man won't talk to them about certain issues, so this is a good place to find out our point of view..we may not always be right but it is our opinion for what it is worth.. (p.s.) you're right "alibaby", that post had no business being on this site..

Ahhh!!!...Not fast enough deleting! lol. Basically, I feel it's ok for men to post as long as it's done tastefully and with the consideration that women are being addressed here and not for some sort of 'gratification', which was the feeling that seemed to be expressed in that thrilling story posted on another thread.
