Question Questions about sex

So, i'm not that experienced in this area. I'm smart enough to be careful however. I've always used codoms, and the few guys i have had sex with we've always talked about our sexual history before we allowed things to progress.

My current boyfriend and I have gotten a little wild. We went the whole night, going through about 10 condoms. Is it possible to get a friction rash in that area?

It is very possible. I have gotten them myself...get out the K-Y. Also you could be allergic to the latex and after a prolonged exposure to it that could also give you a rash.

Yes, you can get irritation from excessive or rough sex. That is a very normal occurance. Symptoms include swelling, redness, and burning. I would also suggest using some form of lubrication from now on (KY is very good). It will help reduce the friction. When this happens, you can sit in a cool tub of water (no soap), hold a cold rag on the area, or use an ice pack. Those things will help to reduce the swelling and burning faster.

I also agree that you could be allergic to the latex in the condom, but if you have not had this problem during sex before, it's most likely friction burn. But it's definately something to consider.
