Well you will get different answers from different people. A couple of suggestions from a guy:

This may not be exactly what you're looking for but -

When I'm giving a bj I concentrate on what I'm doing. I really think about it as I'm doing it. I think "ok if it were me how would I like to be touched etc". I try and make love to his penis, not just suck/lick on it. This seems to work for me because I have been told by more more than one that I've given the best bj they've ever had. This may sound strange but I think a lot of it is your mindset, I think they, the guys, can somehow sense it if you aren't really into it.

How will we know where to find it? I know where, what I'm asking is how far in etc. Please give a little direction.

Like every woman, every man is different...I know with me all it takes is the slightest penetration and BAM! For other men, it will take a full finger, fist, dildo etc. It just depends.

First, you need to see if he is willing to let you, than it's trial and error...
