Default Painful Sex

My boyfriend and i have been going out for almost a year and so of course we are having sex. but after sex every time my vagina has a very aching pain to... Also most of the time it hurts at the very beginning... also if we already had sex and we plan to have it again... even if its an hour or two later.... it becomes very painful during and we cant continue.... please help
