I think this post has gotten somewhat scattered, and perhaps lost the original purpose. But perhaps that's because what happens between eye contact and sex isn't so much a matter of a 'checklist' -- as one poster put it -- but rather because a man understands women's sexuality, so I've created a new thread for that.

Obviously, this understanding comes across in body language and through expression of character, which may make it a difficult thing to accurately describe or discuss, non?

With that, perhaps there are actors (or characters in movies) that would sum up what this knowledge of sexuality along with confidence is?

A few that come to mind that I remember women loving are:

    1) Braveheart - Mel Gibson as William Wallance
    2) Gladiator - Russell Crowe as Maximus
    3) Legends of the Fall - Brad Pitt as Tristan

Would you identify any of these actors -- or specifically the character's they play, perhaps -- as possessing the qualities you've written about?

Though Braveheart and Gladiator just have minor "love plots", Legends of the Fall seems to have a fairly heavy one.

Actually because your initial question was pertaining to what we look for but of course, you then added more questions...

And, also because i am answering that particular question, with no eye CONTACT.

You see, this person and i have been communicating for 3 months now, and shall meet in 7 weeks, i have not seen him "face to face" for his eye contact/visa versa....and interestingly if you can see my side of things here for a minute, those 3 months, i have learn't immensely of my sexuality through and with him, without those eyes, yet truly with eyes, and yet the process to get me there was from that dating/mating scenario in which you speak and with the end result of what you speak.

So do you in fact need eyes? Or Body Language?

And you seek a lot of knowledge Channel1, from your original question, you have given me a new one, on each of my replies.

So simplify things a little. Movies and actors are formed from a written script followed by that performance which one plays out, a role. We may very well lust after a particular actor's role as it pertains to our "perfect man"... Yet most may agree that no one is perfect...

But i like the idea that they LIKE to perform, and PLAY out a role, perhaps the performance of their life time, that is a man....

    Interesting don't you think....
