Default first time fingering

hello people. im 23 year old. never had any sort of sexual relationship with anyone so im quite inexperienced.i have read some posts here about fingering but could anyone advise me on this.

i had never had a finger 'in there' ever until my boyfren recently fingered me. it didnt hurt when he put his finger in and moved it little bit, infact it felt so good. but it started hurting so bad AFTER he took his hands off me, it was like i was getting "waves" of pain from time to time. what does that mean? was it becoz it was first time smthing went inside me. did my hymen break? (i didnt bleed). is it going to hurt lots more when we have intercourse.

we live in a long distance relationship. is there anything i can do to relax my muscles in the time being so it is lots easier when we meet again. coz i want him to have a good time when we do it. poor him he gets so concerned when he sees the pain on my face.

id be so grateful to get help from you all.

Hi babybluez.

Why don't you try it first yourself a few times, slowly. That way you are more relaxed as no one is watching so to speak.

Your body is not used to sexual contact and you may not gain wetness of any sort straight away, as such any dryness can hurt after as well or even burn.

I do not know if he has oral sex with you but that needs to be encouraged before he does that i think if he likes to do that.

Or, if neither are ready to experience that side of things, you need to lulbricate yourself, even his finger as you experiment more.

As time goes by you will relax more as it will not be so foreign to you.

Lots of kissing first can also be a turn on to your body, not just a minute or two, touching, a massage to relax your body first, especially around the lower back, and top of the legs, not touching your intimate parts but surrounds.

Perhaps you can suggest this to him.

Not sure again if you like oral sex with him, but if you do, add that in as well, then try with lubricant after all of this...

Hope that helps.
