I think the reasoning is a bit different for people who do like it. For me its the naughtiness. Its submissive without being degrading. Its aggressive without being abusive. As an aside any sort of discomfort before ejaculation only makes the orgasm better. The same principal involved with running a marathon; yes it sucks when you're doing it, but when you finish you get an amazing endorphine rush that compliments a climax nicely.
