My guy works away and is comming back this week after almost 6 weeks.
We have an amazing sex life and can't keep our hands off each other when he is home but I just want some ideas to make it really special.
I usually get new lingerie anyway and will do this again.
Anyone have any ideas to make him really blow his mind. Was thinking of something role playing etc.

If it were me, and I 'usually bought sexy lingerie' I would break the norm and not do that this time, before it becomes too predictable....so instead, id go underwear free, or wear just hold ups.

Wherever you have that initial meeting, make things suggestive and sensual from that moment...for example, if he is coming straight to the house...get yourself 'baby-oiled-up' wearing only your hold ups and leave a trail of erotic polaroids from the front door to the bedroom / lounge / washing machine (or wherever you want the action to begin)
Make each polaroid more explict as he gets closer to you, for example start with a picture of you fully clothed....finish with one of your thong on the bedroom floor...thats rather mild....use your imagination

Some really great ideas here. I am picking him up from the airport so may go under wearless and pass him my underwear as we got in the car. I did this once when we went out for dinner at a very good restaurant and told him when the main meal was just about to arrive, It drove him nuts and we didn't make it to the dessert, well in the restaurant anyway lol.
I also love the ideas of the pogressively naked polaroids, may save this one when he comes home from a day at golf. Also the allised afair thing will drive him wild.
