Lightbulb Another penis size thread ... this one different I hope!

Reading through this forum I've read quite a few women mention the size of their partner's penis, usually giving a length in inches. The question I have about this is pretty basic: How do you know how big it is? Obviously you saw and/or felt it, but when it comes to metrics, the human eye/hand can be a pretty poor judge. So unless you work with your 'eye' a lot (like a carpenter, artist, graphic designer, draftsperson etc. I work as a product designer so I know that it takes a lot of time and practice to develop an accurate eye), I'm suspicious of a lot of claims.

We're living in an increasingly penis-size-centric culture (you've seen the ads). Usually on this forum I have read women consoling some guy or bragging to each other or whatever, but thats not my point. I'm not trying to call women liars or being defensive about my own size (I've read the statistical data and I'm perfectly happy ), I just think it would be healthy to be aware of the potential inaccuracy of human perception. Also, for both women and men it's a matter of self-awareness of how we can conflate things in the moment and in our memory.

So, for those of you who care to share, did you take a ruler to him?

    LOL with a ? mark........

I think it's pretty obvious that our minds can visualise 1 inch, after all a ruler was our best friend at school, or yard stick for the teachers

So accuracy will be out by a few millimetres but the generalising of around ...." will be very accurate......

    Try it...

    lol.

Covert operations with the length of my hand/wrist ... also the L-part of my hand between thumb and first finger. That's how I know.
Not that I do that anymore, but we were all young and curious once.

You don't use a ruler..... You use a measuring tape. Difficult to measure circumference with a ruler.

LOL Alas but i can still "visualise" what 1 inch looks like on a ruler.

But, sides, Little's correct, AND then from there SU, i can get the real ruler out and measure ..........

I think women over estimate a little.

    lol.

If you're so accurate how come it's always in whole inches and between inches too eg. (7-8).
I doubt they would be as big if you measured them.

To be fair, there are only 25 millimeters in an inch. So a few here, a few there ...
And it depends where you measure from, too.
If homelesswombat did his homework, he saw posts by a lady named Carmen who was sure she had 23" boyfriends. We all shot her down. That's a bad case of overestimating.
But that doesn't mean everyone's wrong. What's the point of shooting us down?

I don't think anyone is really shooting anyone down. When I go fishing I swear it was a certain size untill I measure it.

I hope no one is watching then, when your fishing...

You may scare more than the fish off...

Curious? So, what do you measure with?
