One thing they explain is that many woman don't actually know when they've had an orgasm. They think that if they don't respond as they've seen in the movies that they aren't there. Woman are capable not only of being multi orgasmic but of sustaining an orgasm for an extended time - like hours. It's not the screaming, writhing kind of thing.
