SO i have a question for every girl out there. WHY DO U GUYS HOOK UP WITH JERKS, EVEN IF YOU DON'T REALLY LIKE THEM?

Usually its just out of physical attraction other times its out of convience. A female might be lonely or have low self esteem and even though they know the guy is a jerk and they dont like him THAT much and he is probably lying to them...at the moment he is telling her everything she wants to hear (shes beautiful, he really likes her, he loves her, etc.) and thats all they will see. The more he makes them feel "special" the more she forgets that he is a jerk and begins to fall deeply for him and then they usually mess up big time but then shes too attached to him to break things off.

Because we like what we can't have and then challenge to get it... It's un-attainable until we are defeated, if we are defeated.

Nice guys unfortunately, win last.

I totally agree with CW. It's the challenge thing.

Also, even though we know nice guys are really the way to go, nice guys are gonna give you a nice life and be a good husband and good father to your children, everybody knows this. It just naturally follows then that any woman with a lick of common sense in her brain would go for a nice guy. But then when the sex drive kicks in it's like we take a pill. We see a fast, sexy, exciting man and we can't think about anything else. And good common sense just goes to sh*t.

But we all did it...I gave up a pre-med boring doctor and a Russian Interpreter for my hot sailor and I would do it again and again...It is the hot sexual instinct in us..Why do the stallions pick out the best mares? Why do they try and bred with the cream of the crop?....Honey, we are hot animals and want the heat that they show...We want to be bred....

I think it's that some women stay to their comfort zone. They tend to seek out what they are familar with. Some can only feel better about them selves if they view that they are above or better than the person they are with.

Jerks are alpha males, and nice guys are betas. As far as dumb unobservant women can figure... It takes confidence or a screwed up childhood to be a jerk, and guess what - girls love both of those things! A good fix-er up-er. That deap seated desire to change and mould someone which results in a chain of similar failures of relationships, and bringing up a child or two on your own.

Also, nice guys are too considerate, gentle, and caring. That is what women will say they want, but what they really want is to be slapped, bent over a counter and shagged, to be treated as an object and dominated.

Until they grow up a bit anyway.

But that would mean that they want someone without "balls" am i allowed to say that word? If they feel that they want to be "superior", then they are therefore going out with a "wimp"..

I could not do that at all, no way, but nor do i want a guy who is like that, things he is God's gift and is a player.

Just thinks he's God's gift, with a "nice side" as well that want's me

Not really, but he has to have character, charisma, charm, sexuality, confidence, so that oliminates the wimp and I could class myself as superior if you want to look at profession alone, or financially against many a man..

Those whom equal me there, are frankly very up themselves and want women 15 years younger as hand bags.

I think it's just we like "cool" dudes, ones that we have to win over.

...you're so right though. That is exactly what I want most of the time, but a nice cuddle afterwards doesn't go amiss
